No star for this insurance. They R bad. Called several times to file a claim and all I get is there voice mail with instructions to leave your Insurance claim number, name and phone number and will call the one next in line. Never happen! The person insured by Anchor general lost control of his Pick up and slam right into our building, causing $40.000 damage. I have a feeling that's why they don't answer their phone. I'll keep u posted. June 27th, 2025

My daughter has them as her insurance. She just got her car crashed while park back on 5/15/25. Its been 2 weeks and no response back from them except the "send picture to link and will reply within 48 hrs" BS! I had to step in because the adjuster doesn't reply or answer the numerous phone calls my daughter and I have done. All I get from the claim department is that they will file a report and let the adjuster know and her supervisor , who also never answer the phone. I'm doing all the legwork they are supost to do. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!! You might get a cheap quote, but READ THE REVIEWS. I will need to file a claim with the state now, see if that gets there attention!

Please, Don't get insurance from Anchor General. I've was with them for years and had full coverage. Had an accident and reported it, got a claim number and point of contact Elia Pulido and it's been crickets. Calls are not returned. They are absolutely a con. Go with well known companies like AAA, FARMERS ETC. IT'S cheaper by far and well known companies are more professional.
