This is some text inside of a div block.
I will never do business with a company that locks their doors and security has to buzz you in. Looks shady to me Oh, their 2 security guards that let me in the building told me the agents do not talk to customers face to face, but will gladly take your money. They will never let you speak to a supervisor if you want to complain. Bad business practice....

Wow!! Nate and Jimmy are very impressive and knowledgeable guys regarding the best way to set up exactly what I needed at a great rate!! They are super laid back, polite, patient and friendly!! I am so thankful that they had the knowledge to set up exactly what would best benefit my family and myself. They are a great team!! I would highly recommend these guys to anyone considering setting up their life insurance policy! Thanks guys!

The customer service phone line had an advertised wait of 30 minutes. I waited 25 minutes. Too long, luckily, I was making dinner so I was stationary. The IVR was annoying, it interrupted the hold about every 20-30 seconds to thank me for my patience and apologize for the hold. Cut out the apologies, hire some staff. However, once I got a representative, she was attentive, efficient and polite. She handled my issue quickly and I was off the phone in less than 10 minutes. The agent's name was Jerri (a female). She was as I expected.
