Phoned up as my auto renew wasn't working. No hassle. Got through to a lovely lady called Amanda. She organised my payment through their secure payment system. Absolutely no problem. I would definitely recommend this company. I have used them for years and have had no trouble with them. Their Customer Service is second to none. Brilliant xx

We had planned a short break in France. Our daughter's partner was taken ill & we had to cancel & re-arrange for a later date. This was, initially rejected, but quickly amended to, 'we can' Another date was selected & the cover moved. Now another adjustment to the date has had to be made of a few days. A phone call quickly dealt with this. I can only say we were treated courteously & efficiently at all times & did not incur any administrative cost. Would recommend.

I had a lovely conversation with Ethan from Swansea. A lovely, friendly and very informative person. He helped me from start to finish and explained the policies to me and helped me understand what would be the best one to choose to suit my needs. There was no pressure at all to buy anything, he would have been more than happy just offering the quote. I am extremely grateful to him and impressed with the service. Many thanks.
