Both representatives I spoke to today were extremely helpful, informative and re-assuring. Recently changed pet insurance from another leading company due to ever increasing costs becoming infeasible for three pets with no past claims/long term health issues. I felt trapped as not having pet insurance is not an option I would ever consider. The difference in price of monthly payments for higher cover is remarkable, with lots of different options depending on your preferences. The limits for vet fee cover offered are far higher also. Set up was a breeze - thank you!

Do not use this insurance company, they find any reason not to pay out. So they will take your money but once it comes to a claim they will ensure to find any reason not to pay out. In our case the refused to pay on an X-ray on our dog's left hip. The reason they gave was that previously our dog had injured her right hind leg after she jumped over a wall and landed badly on rocks. The god shook off the injury after a few days. Obvioulsy totally unrelated as it is a different joint, different situation and months later. It is clear now that now matter what claim you have they will do anything to avoind paying. When i took out the insurance with Agria at the time i had a bad feeling, they were pushing themselves so hard and explaining why they were a better option to the bigger company in their field, plus they were a couple of Euro cheaper. I should have know and stuck with the bigger company with the better reputation. So do not waste your money, go with the bigger player, if god forbid something goes wrong you will at least know you will be looked after.

The most easiest insurance I have ever had to deal with. Easy to make a claim and always super efficient. I have had to call a couple of times as I had some questions and everyone I have spoken to had always been very polite and helpful. Only issue I have had, is they didn’t cover the special shoes I was advised to have for my horse which was a little disappointing and even the vet was very shocked at this but all in all, a pleasure to deal with.
