Worst after care I have had. Read the conditions well. If you sell your car it becomes a nightmare. They soon transfer you to a dept collector if you get it wrong.

Please stay way form this company . Not the good insurance company. As Removals company we have insure our van with this company. We had Acsident on 24.05.24 and other side was big skip truck that hit my back of my van and scratches my right side the van so badly. The skip company expected the liability and the Acsident was them fault . So from 24.05.24 till last week, this people at this insurance company ignored all our requests vary rude and unprofessional service to be honest. After such long time waiting, we have got Reports from the inspector MR Jeffery Donney that all the damage and scratches are not related to the accident happened 6 months ago!!! Even I have Received the cash offer from Jeffery Donney at time of inspections, and now they are trying to ignore everything and they force me to collect my van from the garage witch is about 50 miles away , Advise they are going to charge me storage for each Night. Please please think before you go with this unprofessional people.

It seems that if you're successful with a claim when your car has been damaged by one of their drivers, the 'claims handler' isn't all that keen to move forward with the payout for the cost of fixing the vehicle. Two weeks after submitting what they asked me to submit, I heard nothing. Then to be told that only then the claim had been passed onto the claims handler and that they'd be in touch. Two further weeks go by, and nothing. Again having to make a phone call to only be told the exact same thing as two weeks previous. Then a few minutes after the call, then send me a letter with the same date as the day of my call to tell me that the payment had been processed and sent to my insurer. And of course when I did contact my insurer, they hadn't received anything. I didn't want to pester and hence only calling them after two weeks but it seems that unless you do chase them, they won't even touch your case.
