I have been going to this vet for a very longtime, when they were in downtown Woodland, and I truly have no idea what’s going on but the front desk people with one girl in particular (I’m not going to name her but you’ll know if you go here who I’m talking about) are terribly rude, unkind and indifferent…you name it. I’ve been talked to like I’m an idiot, completely ignored, and I’ve had the receptionist/front desk person rudely try to diagnose my dog when she knows nothing about my dog and certainly does not know more than a vet or a vet tech. Like I stated I’ve been going here for years because of vets and techs who are very caring and outstanding but I’ve about had it with the people that are the first point of contact and it’s been this way for several years now. I was hoping things would change but they haven’t. I literally dread contacting this vet anymore because every inquiry or request is treated like you’re asking to move mountains. I thought I would post this hoping that it would be looked at by whoever manages the day to day operations and because I had a conversation with another dog owner waiting for her appointment and she too was baffled by how unfriendly and rude the front desk people have been to her. During COVID there was a prerecorded message that the staff would not accept any communication that was unkind and when I heard that I thought does that go both ways???
