I recently purchased a diffuser oil, and I'm extremely disappointed with the experience. When the item arrived, it was leaking all over the box, and the container was only half full of oil, despite being advertised as a full bottle. It looked like the cover wasn't sealed properly, which is unacceptable. I tried calling customer service multiple times to address this issue, but they kept hanging up on me, seemingly to avoid dealing with my return. This lack of support is frustrating. Since I haven’t received any assistance, I will be disputing the charge through my bank. I’ve attached pictures to show the condition of the product upon arrival. I do not recommend this product or the company's customer service.

Product STILL NOT RECEIVED! I have been reaching out since MARCH! Even after responding to my initial review that my missing item would be shopped, I still have not received them item. I’ve asked for tracking info and no response. If you receive your products, they are great. If something is missing/back ordered, you can hang it up. HORRIBLE service. Will not be ordering from them again. I have not received the back ordered item, Nor credit. 5/15 Update: package finally received

Impressed!! I called Vinevida customer service. No answer. Approx.30 minutes later, a csr called back stating they received a miss call from my #. They looked up my account & let me know my item was shipping soon. It arrived, a few days later, wrapped perfectly so no leakage. Wonderful Small business based out of Miami.
