Ordered a few sets of Vintage Style Cast Iron Ornate Scrolled Wall Brackets which contained defects. Charlotte from Customer Services was apologetic & arranged to have this matter rectified immediately. Replacement products arrived within a few days. Based upon my experience with Dibor, I honestly cannot fault this company and as a first time customer, I will most definitely have confidence in purchasing from them again.

Absolutely agree with last review. Hugely disappointed!! Looks cheap & nasty, what they show in their advertising isn’t what you’re going to get, so don’t waste your money. Would have purchased nicer product from Matalan. Wish I’d read the reviews before purchasing, wanted something nice for Xmas, but certainly not this. Shop elsewhere!!

Agree with the more recent reviews - Dibor is a complete joke of a company with horrific customer service. ORDER 1: I ordered a personalised glass cake stand for a friend’s birthday which arrived entirely obliterated in the post. When it came to a refund, they alleged that the cake stand vs cake dome were two separate products (despite them being sold as one) and I could therefore only have a refund for half the product. ORDER 2: I quickly placed the order again in the hope that I might get the gift in time for my friend’s birthday and paid for express delivery. Only the stand arrived and the dome was missing which, apparently, was out of stock. Why let me place an order for a product that is half out of stock? Absolute joke. Customer service were extremely slow and didn’t seem to care how frustrating this all was - took me WEEKS of chasing (and the return of the two halves of the product) to finally be refunded. Total disgrace, completely unreliable, don’t waste your time or money. (Order #63662 & #64466)
