Unfortunately 1 star is too high of a rating for this “company” Best thing I ever did was pay via credit card due to reading the previous reviews…. 8 weeks later and the order still isn’t complete, over 4 phone calls and 20+ emails trying to complete an order. Staff are very unhelpful, unpleasant via the phone and couldn’t care less. It’s never their fault and I am now left to claim via the credit card company. Order invoice and delivery invoice quantities don’t match and the items that actually arrived were poor quality, I can’t comment on the items still outstanding.

Avid, Avoid, Avoid!! Having made a mistake online and ordering the wrong size [too big] shower enclosure and tray I contacted Shower Trays UK and asked if I could exchange the items for a smaller one, the items were all unopened and in all its original packaging. I was informed that the company does not offer an exchange service, and I would have to re-purchase the items I required, [which I did straightaway], then I completed the online returns form which you must do and provide photographic evidence for the items I wished to return, that had been ordered incorrectly. Even though the items being returned were in exactly the same condition in which received [all that had been done is that the items came off and went back on a van] I was still charged/deducted a 10% [£52.30] handling fee. Unfortunately, the re-purchased item was also unsuitable for my application, and they did not offer / stock what I needed. I completed another online return form and provided photographic evidence again for the items I wished to return and was charged/deducted another 10% handling fee. This is diabolical considering there is/was no handling other than to put the items back into stock! I am fortunate enough to live near to the company and have access to a van so I could transport the goods back to them myself, however I had to do two separate trips on different days because they will not accept returns without a return note which didn't come through for 24 hours. Please be beware that if you return anything ordered incorrectly you must arrange and pay for your own carriage. I would not recommend placing any orders with this company unless you read, agree to and fully understand their returns policy, which is all they will quote at you if you have a problem/issue ……. the handling fees are daylight robbery!!!!
