The Toy Street website was easy to maneuver and had amazing prices. I ordered a wooden toy train for my son easily and shipping was very quick. I was impressed with the tracking information that was consistently provided. Although my experience ordering was easy and I have no complaints in that department, my purchase was never received and was sent back to the seller as my delivery address was illegible once it was received in Canada. My order was shipped back to the seller about 10 days ago and I have had no luck getting ahold of them in an attempt to have the toy reshipped to me, or to get a refund. My complaint has little to do with Toy Street and more to do with the lack of delivery of my toy train.

I've ordered from this company a number of times. Unfortunately, after placing an order on 14th May, I have encountered very poor customer service. I contacted them on 21st May to advise I had received a SMS from the courier to say there was a failed delivery attempt (of which there's no record on my Ring doorbell) but had no information on how to rearrange a redelivery. I was advised to wait ten days. I chased customer service after ten days as I had heard nothing. I was then advised the parcel had been returned to them; the onus was on me; and if I wanted the items then I needed to pay a second redelivery fee. I won't order from this company again and advise others to avoid, despite the good prices.

Terrible service, I bought something that was not marked as pre-order or out of stock but it took two weeks to arrive. Fast forward another six weeks and I still haven’t received the item that wasn’t in stock. And to top it off, they refused to refund the delivery charge. Do not buy from here if you have children asking you every day where their toy is/are buying for a time sensitive eveny. 0 out of 10 would NOT recommend
