First order arrived with vodka dripping from the box told the delivery guy I wouldn’t accept it …. Replacement box arrives today. Box just dumped in the porch and guess what. Looks like the first order just returned but this time the wet box with the broken bottle is placed inside a sealed plastic bag and then placed in a bigger dry box. Absolute joke of a company

Ordered a Mason jar bottle, unfortunately it leaked in transit. Jeany at support was fantastic and ordered a replacement. I often order the batch Turkish gin and the order process is simple and proficient. Adding my tel no to the order address seems to make it easier for DPD.

This shop sells expired and close to expired beer. Ordered on 3/7/25, paid full price plus the most expensive delivery fee for 2 different beers, one's 6 weeks past the best before and the other one got 3 months to past. The shortest life I've ever bought for a full price. Tried sending emails, online chat bot, calls but never replied to me. The worst shop I've ever used. Please avoid
