I contacted USA Auto Movers in April 2024 to ship a car from the Boston metro area to Palm Springs, CA. I was put in touch with them by Sue, a friend from high school, who said they would be the go-to people to take care of me. Sue wasn’t wrong. From the moment I talked to Dale, the owner, on April 23 to the delivery of the car everything was seamless and without one bit of difficulty. We agreed to a date in early May to have the vehicle picked up at my parent’s house, where a driver would take the car to the staging area prior to transport. They contacted dad the day before with the approximate window that they’d be there, which Dale said they would, and the two men arrived when they said they would. It took about a week for the car to arrive in California from Boston. The car arrived a little before noon on May 10. It was bittersweet as it was mom’s car and May 11 would mark two months since we lost her. I am grateful to Sue for putting me in touch with USA Auto Movers. Both Dale and Susan are consummate professionals. Their customer service is above par and their pricing extremely reasonable for cross-country vehicle shipping. I knew after hanging up from the initial call with Dale that mom’s car would be in good hands, and I had nothing to worry about. I suspect the way I was treated is the way all USA Auto Movers customers are treated, which explains why they’ve been in business for 30+ years. I don’t typically post online reviews. However, in the case of USA Auto Movers there was no hesitation. If you need to have a vehicle(s) shipped USA Auto Movers should be at the top your list to contact.
