I’ve never had issues with delivery—until this courier. The communication between the driver and the company is seriously lacking. Despite people being home, they missed the delivery four times. I even called support directly to explain how to access the property and where to leave the package safely if needed — but it made no difference. There’s no option to leave delivery notes, and the chat support is useless — unhelpful and frustrating to deal with. To top it off, I was told I’d have to travel all the way from Bristol to Yate to collect my parcel. What if someone doesn’t have the time, transport, or means to go that far? It’s completely unreasonable. I can’t keep missing work just to sit around waiting for a delivery that doesn’t arrive.

I visited this place on 13/06/2025 and wanted to return some of my online purchases by FedEx. Parcels were labelled and packed properly but the girl at the counter advised me to organise a pick up of my parcels from home and refused to accept them. I had to walk about 20 minutes to another drop off point to ship my packages. It has been the worst customer experience that I ever had.

Went on the 1/07/25, Service was excellent offered to amend my package and even gave me and my friends drinks free of charge due to the journey there in this immense heat, package was dealt with swiftly regarding my RMA
