Absolutely excellent service would highly recommend this company. Arrived about 10 minutes after requesting them.The mechanic was very helpful and realise very quickly we needed to be recovered on his truck. He was very courteous to me and helped me get into the truck. My Partner had seen a garage he wanted to have it taken to but could not remember Quite where it was. Took the mechanic down many wrong roads until he realised where we were trying to get to and very happily took us there. A very good ending to a very stressful situation.Thank you to our nice mechanic.

Very kind people really listening and helping us rapidly where they can, very quick response rate and even the locals in France were impressed they managed to get our car into a garage and fixed within a few days, so close to the August holidays for garages. A very professional trustworthy service with great customer support! They even gave us the number of the garage so we could also communicate directly if we wanted to, which also helped tremendously. Rapid and easy way of reimbursing costs. A fair service. Would recommend and use again and again, we were in Good hands when we broke down on our holiday!

The initial response from your agent was extremely sympathetic and very helpful - she put us at our ease and arranged recovery for us. Very happy with the response from your contractor Fast Lane. We were recovered after one and a half hours and safely brought home along with our car! Thank you for an excellent job!!
