Hi, the delivery itself was good, the gentleman were very helpful. Unfortunately the items that I have received are badly damaged! The delivery men advised that this has been fully recorded and that I should hear promptly for the supplier regarding a replacement. Can you please advise if this information is correct?

I received a few emails to arrange a time that suited me, I received a txt message with a time slot and a phone call just before my 4hr window giving me an exact 20 minute delivery slot. The guys arrived, delivered to the exact location, got me to sign and they left. Very polite and professional service.

As you will see from the attached video and images Furdeco ignores the "This way up" stickers on packages. The bikes were transported nose-down then off-loaded upside down. One bike doesn't work properly but I'm not sure if the poor transport was to blame. The other bike was fine and they delivered promptly. So they get 3 stars.
