I first visited The Vet on Lorenzo Drive last year when my previous vet could no longer help me as my cat had a bit of a complex issue. To say that these vets are good is an understatement. They are extremely knowledgeable and caring. Laura. Cristian, Margarita and several other vets have cared for and treated my cat as if she were their own. More recently, Filip performed dental surgery on her that was not straightforward by any means. Within hours she was eating without pain and gained weight within days. There have been further challenges for Filip to deal with and his knowledge and skill have been just superb. From the reception staff right through to the vets, this practice is by far the best around. People can be quick to complain but not so quick to say well done so I'd have no hesitation in recommending The Vet Liverpool to anybody that is looking for the best care for their pet. I hope that the owners read this and reward their staff accordingly as good staff are hard to find. Everybody here is just superb! 5th April 2024; Just saw Margarita at The Vet and yet again her knowledge and attitude was just perfect. Thank you also to the reception staff Joanne and Geraldine who always go out of their way to help.

I arrived a little early, checked in after being greeted by the reception staff, I didn't have to wait very long before I was called in to the Vets room, the vet fussed over Maggie my dog then went away to get the injection materials. Quick and painless for Maggie, I was then given some tips about keeping Maggie healthy as you can see. Overall a positive experience for both me and Maggie. The reception was clean and tidy until a pet wet on the floor, it was quickly mopped up and cleaned by a member of staff. Thank you for being there.
