I called Texas Lending on a Saturday and spoke to Wes Cohen. He was extremely knowledgeable, listened to what I was trying to achieve and made it happen. I closed two weeks later. He made the whole process so easy and anxiety free. He keep in touch constantly and kept me informed on where we were at through the whole process. I would wholeheartedly recommend anyone who is looking to get an equity loan to definitely use Texas Lending and especially Wes. Thank you Texas Lending for the awesome job you did to get me where I needed to be,

A humble note of appreciation for the outstanding customer service provided by Garrett and staff Paige and Kendra. I was facing the problem of not getting my equity funds or closing in a timely manner as you are all aware. The ability to provide the resolution quickly exceeded my expectations. From ordering and obtaining a quick appraisal to getting title documents correctly and quickly. I really commend the prompt service provided by all of you. I am really pleased with the knowledge and skills of your staff. Great service makes your customers feel that you care about developing a long-term relationship that means more than just making a sale. I was actually working with another company trying to get an HELOC. It seemed like they were just giving me the run around. Six months later and I was still getting excuses. I saw the Texas Lending commerical and decided to call them. I am so glad I did. Wes helped me get my loan closed so quickly and easily. He was always checking in to making sure I understood the paperwork and was there for any questions I had. Within a month my loan was closed. I really appreciate everything Wes and Texas Lending has done for me.
