Absolutely disgusting!!!!!!! A formal complaint has been made by my Mortgage advisor from Kind Financial and I am also made a formal complaint and will be taking this further. A AIP and full mortgage application and valuation was done . Every step taking ages , dragging their feet very slow lied more than once that a update would be given by end of day and never happens. Days and days later we get under offer of 40k!!!!! We can't buy house !!!!!!! Absolutely gutted wife been in tears it's been a very stressful application near 7 weeks. Told its because my son is 14 !!!!! They knew this from the start !!!!!! Because his 14 they now wont accept any of the childrens benefits!!!!!! We only get paid for 3 children out of the 6 anyway !!!!!! I work wife looks after 6 children you knew all this at the beginning of AIP and full mortgage application and was satisfied!!!!!!!... You changed underwriter that was dealing with our application from the start last minute and he discriminated against us and gave under offer of 40k!!!!! Using his his discretion!!!!!!!! If you want your sanity don't go with this bank you will loose your house your buying , you will be stressed out wont be able to sleep ..... they are very very slow and change their criteria as it suits !!!!!!!!! We have applied to a better bank ..... I want my valuation Fee refunded please !!!!!!... and compsation for all the stress and inconvenience caused by you discriminating ... People beware of this bank !!!!!
