It has been an absolute pleasure working with Nick and Jenny, who supported us with our mortgage. From the outset, Nick went out of his way to understand my work history to ensure we could access the best possible deal. When interest rates dropped just weeks before completion, he acted quickly to identify a lower rate on our current offer, and Jenny liaised with the lender and our solicitor to ensure it would go through in time. Everything was incredibly well managed and we were very grateful for this! Communication throughout was excellent, both Nick and Jenny were incredibly generous with their time and advice. Jenny provided regular updates on the progress of our application, and was always happy to follow up with the lender and check on timelines as we approached completion. As first time buyers we had a lot of random questions, and both Nick and Jenny were always clear in their responses. As part of the service, we were also able to arrange home insurance in time for completion, thanks to Nick and Jenny's referral to their insurance partner. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Nick and Jenny to anyone looking for mortgage support, and have already been recommending them to friends and family. The entire process has been brilliant.
