I give a star because I can’t choose 0. Please stay away from this company if you don’t want to stress yourself. My personal experience was horrible and full of person without experience I would say. They are all nice until you pay them, once I payed there was several delay on following my case. The first advisor provided did a mess with my life insurance without even giving me the details of my account. Complaining about, they make me a refund and provide me another mortgage advisor which haven’t done to much difference. I had to request her to try another lender after she was insisting with the same one and make me spending money on surveys without giving full information. Once I find the house she disappear, when my mortgage start and I sent an email for a few information regarding they didn’t even know who my mortgage provider is. A week after the completion she emailed me to know if the completion took place and confirming these she just open a building insurance on my property without my permission. Of course that I had to cancel because there was already a building insurance which start on the completion day how should. Definitely a big NO.

Utterly Disappointed and Stressed - Avoid This Service! 0 Rating. We chose to use the in-house mortgage services, hoping for a smooth and integrated experience. This turned out to be a significant mistake. The process was anything but seamless. We experienced: Repeated changes in mortgage consultants with no proper handover, leading to a complete restart of our mortgage application. A failure to respond to the lender, causing unnecessary delays. Being provided with an incorrect insurance quote. The shocking discovery that none of the agreed-upon insurance policies detailed in the Statement of Demands and Needs were put in place, despite assurances to the contrary. It seems that once payment is made, the service only deteriorates with each passing day. We are now in the unacceptable position of having a substantial mortgage with absolutely no associated insurance coverage. This oversight has caused us significant stress and undermines the very reason we opted for an "integrated" service. Despite our repeated expectations for a smooth process, we encountered a catalogue of errors and omissions. Promises were made and not kept, and communication was poor. Even if escalated to the management, the management doesn't even bother to take corrective actions. Do yourself a favour and look elsewhere for your mortgage and insurance needs. Our experience has been one of profound disappointment and considerable distress. We strongly advise against using this service if you value a smooth, efficient, and accurate process, especially after you've paid for it. We are now left to urgently rectify their mistakes. Avoid the same headache.
