We have had a great experience with John Charcol. Our mortgage broker, Mark, offered time to discuss different mortgages to suit our specific needs, including chatting out of normal working hours. We received the best interest rate available to us and a great offer on life assurance. We will use John Charcol again and would recommend to friends and family.
