Ariana provided an excellent services. She was on top of my car delivery, great communication at all times. They offered the best price and service, it was my first time delivering a car from city to city so at first I thought i could be a scam or that I could get the car stolen, but it was definitely all the opposite. Car was picked up even earlier than first expected and delivered safely at the end location. I would 100% recommend and used them again. Thank you Ariana!!

This was a first for me navigating the auto shipping network. John was very patient and helpful throughout the process. He was super responsive making it an easy choice given the plethora of agents that were pursuing me. Plus, he didn’t pummel me with emails everyday like so many of the others. The car arrived earlier than expected and without issue. The driver was at my house maybe 10 minutes max! If ever necessary, I’d definitely use John/Sonic again.

I shipped my vehicle from Salt Lake City, UT to Boston, MA, and thankfully, it arrived in one piece. However, the stress I went through until I actually saw the driver, you can’t even imagine. I first contacted the broker (John) and scheduled a pickup that was confirmed with a driver. At the last minute, the driver canceled because another customer backed out of paying, so he scrapped the entire shipment. At that point, I was cleaning my apt, packing, and now trying to find other shipping options all at once. John worked hard to find a new driver and did manage to book one, but at $500 more than what we originally agreed on. I didn’t have much of a choice, so I went with it. Then, on the day of the new pickup, I texted the driver to confirm the time, and he replied that the shipment had been canceled. He said he explained to the company that he had a headache and might need to go to the hospital. I was exhausted and furious, it was my last day in the city, and I had a flight to catch. I had to quickly figure out where to park my car. Thankfully, I was able to leave it with some people I knew, which helped me calm down. Then, unexpectedly, John called back and said he found another driver who could pick up the car in just a couple of hours. Overall, it was a very stressful experience but to be fair, it wasn’t John’s fault. He truly did his best to find a solution quickly. I’m sharing this just so others know what they might experience when shipping a car.
