Riggs Dry Cleaning & Laundry Reviews

Started using "RIGGS" in the heart of Merchant City, on recommendation. Reasonably priced, efficient and quick service, does repairs plus Moncler and Canada Goose down jackets in house. Also an agent for "RUGDOCTOR" carpet cleaner hire. Can park directly opposite which is another bonus. Top marks!!

This is the worst worst worst worst worst laundry service we tried so far in the UK, we have been traveling all around UK for the past one month and based on the reviews we read we thought this laundry was good and could finish our laundry in same day and drop them back at Yotel hotel which we were staying on since we were traveling around and had no time to wait for the laundry….first of all we had wash, dry and clean service for two washes (£20 each!!!!! So a total of £40),,,,bare in mind we took an uber to drop the clothes ourselves as they were not available at around 10am to pick up our suit case from Yotel, so we only got the service of suitcase of laundry dropped back in the hotel… Secondly, the clothes are semi wet!, mainly the thick ones!!! Thirdly,,, several of our shirts were ruined just look at the sleeve of one of the shirts!!!!! Though we specifically took our own detergent and asked them to use it and the clothes did not have a fresh laundry detergent smell that was expected!!!!! Thirdly, nothing was folded it was all just laid flat as a pile and the clothes that were put inside out were not returned in correct position, it was just one disgusting mess!!!!!!!!! We have experienced cheaper and better service laundries in other places we have been before ( like in Edinburgh it costed us only £30 pounds and the clothes were wash dried and folded so professionally and neatly and everything looked good as new with all colors being unchanged)…. The only good thing we had the suitcase of laundry waiting for us at the hotel reception with all items in,,, though several were still damaged though.
