I had a pair of designer shoes sent in to fix the sole because it was broken in half and this is how they left them. Clumpy glue and some areas it wasn’t well glued. They look awful. I also told them if they could specifically read the care instructions on a coat to clean the white bits. When I called to clarify this, their instructions were to only normally dry clean the coat and they hadn’t even read the care label which was included in the pictures I sent. When the coat came back it still looked the same but I still payed around a £100. The white parts still looked dirty. Also with the delivery, there was a first attempt to deliver but the driver didn’t even go up the stairs and marked the delivery as incomplete because I didn’t answer the door and took a picture of the ground floor, even though I was in my flat the whole time. When I called customer service they told me that they didn’t even have any of the two things that they were supposed to deliver. They also changed the delivery date around 3 times. I truly wouldn’t recommend this service at all.

Very disappointed with the outcome and quality of your service. After waiting several days for a missing shirt from my order, it finally arrived—but in poor condition. The ironing was so inadequate that I had to hand it over to my cleaning lady to re-iron it properly. To make things worse, your team never offered a refund—only suggested I send the shirt back, which felt like a hassle after already waiting. I gave ihateironing a second chance, and once again, it was a letdown. This has been a frustrating experience from start to finish.

I sent an expensive pair of jeans to be fixed as the zipper was broken. After receiving my jeans back I noticed they were completely destroyed at the back and the zipper used was an old dirty zipper. These are a luxury pair of jeans that were sent with the expectation that they would be handled with care. I have no idea why the back logo would even be touched as it had nothing to do with the problem I needed fixed and now it’s destroyed. I am hugely disappointed and would NOT recommend this company if you want your things returned as you had sent them. I’ve added a before picture for reference.
