This is some text inside of a div block.

This is an absolute joke. We signed up for the pro plan recently. We kept getting a message saying the direct debit has failed even though it clearly shows on my account that the payment had gone out and they also admitted in an email that it had. They then said next payment will be due out on March 1st which would have been fine but for some reason they have tried to take out another direct debit payment three times and then have the cheek to say they are adding another £30.00 to the charge. Avoid at all cost!

I couldn’t be happier with this Pet Plan, and for the monthly price what you get for it is worth every penny! I currently have this for my 2 cats and have had it since we got them as kittens and as a pet owner you’d be remiss to not have this cover for your pet as it basically covers every aspect of pet care for an affordable monthly fee which isn’t all that expensive considering what you’d be paying if you did everything separately rather than having the plan, flea and worm treatment itself is expensive enough getting cheaper brands but with this plan you get the decent, highly recommended expensive brands so that alone gives owners some peace of mind that their pet is getting the best of the best!!! The only thing not covered in this plan is illness or injury vet care, but that’s what pet insurance is for. If you have both kinds of cover for your pet you can relax in the knowledge that your pet is covered and will receive the best vet care possible over the course of a year, plus also having pet insurance means they are covered no matter what issue they have, should that unfortunate need arise. Which takes a weight off your mind!!! This pet care plan is amazing and helps to keep your pets happy and healthy with flea and worm prevention, regular check ups, yearly boosters make sure they stay covered against numerous diseases and with free microchipping and money off neutering your pet it’s a great all round plan that covers all bases!!! I honestly can’t recommend this plan highly enough and urge all pet owners, not just new owners, but even if you have a pet that’s a few years old they can still be covered by this plan, giving you peace of mind that existing pets can benefit from this plan, not just new, younger pets. My only tiny issue with this plan is that it’s not advertised as much as I’d have thought it would be. Even some pet insurance companies haven’t heard of it which really surprised me as I would have thought the insurance companies would have been top of the list of those who could recommend this plan when doing quotes or have people taking out policies. It’s advertised at vet’s surgeries which is how I found out about it but that was purely as had taken my kittens for their first lot of injections but some owners don’t always vaccinate their pet as view it as too expensive so they wouldn’t have the opportunity to see this advertised and/or recommended to them by the reception staff at the surgery. So I do think that more needs to be done to advertise and get the word out about this plan so that more people can see all the benefits of having this plan for new and existing pets and for an affordable monthly price. A multi pet discount similar to the pet insurance ones would be a good incentive too, even 10% off for 2nd pet or maybe the 2nd, 3rd or 4th pet half price or something similar as most people have more than one pet. As it would mean more pets are immunised, have a twice yearly basic check up so has the potential to catch any major issues early, be protected against flea and worm infestations, every pet is microchipped and that chip registered so that if a pet gets lost there is more chance of reuniting pets with their owners. So if you’re looking into getting this pet plan I would definitely recommend doing it!!! You have nothing to lose but your pet has so much to gain by having it. So can you honestly afford not to get this and give your pet the best the plan has to offer?!? Having peace of mind is priceless……!!!!

Reviews Summary

Customer feedback for Pet Health Club’s pet care plan reveals largely negative sentiment, with many reviewers citing issues such as poor communication, recurring payment errors, and confusion over service terms. Although one customer provided a very detailed endorsement of the plan's comprehensiveness, most reviews highlight frustration around direct debits, unexpected charges, and inaccessible customer service. Several users mention unresolved billing issues and a lack of support when problems arise.

Key themes include dissatisfaction with value for money and a lack of clarity in the plan’s coverage, especially regarding charges when switching or cancelling. Customers often report difficulty reaching staff or obtaining timely help through phone or email. While one review mentions helpful veterinary staff and timely treatment reminders, the overwhelming consensus is that customers experience significant administrative or billing challenges.

In summary, Pet Health Club’s reputation is impacted negatively by these recurring complaints across the UK. Although a minority of customers are satisfied with the plan’s scope, most describe issues with unclear terms, unhelpful support, and unexpected fees. This has resulted in a mixed trust profile for the company in the pet care and wellness plan sector.
