I am so grateful to the entire Paddio team especially Dan K and Lynn B for making the entire process of first time home buying a wonderful experience. They were so professional and kind; always at the ready to answer any questions or concerns we had and putting our minds at ease that we were in the right hands. They truly looked out for our best interest and guided us through each step like the pros they are. We love our new home. Thanks so much guys and God bless.

Hi, I want to share my experience that I was not happy with Ms Gina because I had to chase her many times with phone calls and she would not attend phone calls. She would prefer to reply me in messages that too when she was available instead of phone calls. We also emailed her but we never got a reply quick from her. And she always made excuses not to reply saying that she would prefer to be on message and that she was busy. That's all she would say all the time. I feel like if you were in this position you should give your 100% and always be attentive and aware of your clients situation and their feelings as well. But on the other side Mr Brandon who was the credit team person he was very patient with us throughout the whole process he was always there to give us great advice and he would never be bothered by us at all. But I was not happy with Ms Gina, there was a situation that happened as well where she was giving us a hard time with the credit score. I kept insisting her to check our credit score because it went up and she's just was in denial and did not want to do that very soon again. It's hard for her to communicate with us, I also remember she asked if my husband was a permanent resident or was on Visa something like that I don't know if that's a question that should be asked or not but I just don't know if I want to proceed further. We as clients should matter 100% because we are in a position where we are striving to find a suitable environment that we are comfortable in and need to understand the whole situation even if we ask questions repeatedly. It's just a hard process and we are a young couple so we are learning.This is my honest review not to criticize anyone.
