3 days of package delay because they don’t have a code to the gate, WHEN I DON’T EVEN LIVE IN A GATED COMMUNITY, when told to leave at office or call so I can meet them at the non existing gate they still didn’t deliver. Prime, USPS, UPS never has a problem finding my address

FedEx: bad company. UPS: bad company. How do you earn a reputation that is even WORSE than either of those two companies? By being OnTrac, of course! You should be legally required to change the name of your business, it amounts to false advertising because you have literally never delivered a package to me on the scheduled day.

Horrible company. Twice they have "attempted" delivery, but they are no where to be found. And the online chat is useless. All they say is we'll try again in 1-2 Days, but then never actually deliver the package. Zolee with their online chat was rude and constantly dodged questions with copy paste responses.
