This is some text inside of a div block.
Lawrence the rep who lives locally to us was very understanding and listened to the needs of our 102yr old.Bed could only measure 18 inches from top of mattress to floor so she could continue getting in and out on own.He spent ages reassuring her that all would be okay and yes when bed arrived it was 17.5 inches perfect. On arrival men very good moving beds around and taking one away.Very nice and helpful .Bed really nice and comfortable and well worth the money She has also had a chair from company which Lawrence also was involved

Firstly the selling of the chair was not good. We were not shown the exhibit chair as is advertised and as new buyers to these chairs was essential. Secondly the measurements were taken quickly and not enough care taken. The consequence was legs were hanging over when they should be fully supported. Oak Tree sent an engineer to properly measure and listen to our problems on head rest etc. The promise was that new chairs would be made to the new measurements and in a slightly different model. This has been done and we have accepted the new chairs If the original sales person had been more professional we would not have encountered these difficulties

I cannot fault the rep who attended our home address. The service after was not as good. We ordered the 2 beds and when they arrived the contractors who built them were excellent, but i discovered the grab rail and memory remote were not sent with the bed, both these items being crucial for my wife to use the bed. After several calls to customer service the remote was sent by post with no instruction on how to store the position and to date after numerous emails no response. Overall not satisfied
