I recently signed up for the landlord cover and had a very positive experience. The signup process was straightforward and easy to complete. The team answered all of my questions thoroughly, which made me feel valued as a customer. While I haven't had to use the policy yet, I am impressed with the overall value for money, especially compared to other options available on the market. Additionally, the one-off gas and electrical certificates offered seem to be very reasonably priced. Overall, I am very happy with the service and look forward to using it in the future.

I decided to move from British Gas home care when costs were starting to spiral year on year. Really great service from 247 homerescue and the quality of workmanship has been excellent. Price is also excellent at under £20pm. British Gas wanted to charge me around £80pm. The app wasn’t great at first, but I have seen improvements in the app over the last few months. And all their telephone call handlers are very friendly and helpful. They also send out contractors within the same week. The only thing to relay is that with any home insurance, there are terms and conditions, so don’t expect to be covered for everything. But they did charge a reasonable price for replacement of a part that was not covered in the insurance.

William was great during the visit for our boiler cover. He even gave tips on to correct things that wasn't working very well. I'm sure I'll be saving a few extra quid! Thanks 24/7 Home Rescue and William!
