Sold me 1 watches that don't work one couldn't detect falls the 2nd one they sent out couldn't hear my voice absolutely fuming do not use this company ive sent both watches back within tge 30 day period its been 10 working days since my refund request and no refund please save your 1 life by not using these and 2 so much stress please please please go with someone else im taking this to the newspapers trading stranded my local mp ive been left with no watch back up incase I have a fall and they think this is ok to still not give me my refund disgusting

Disgusting service .. my mother fell alarm didn’t go off .. she ended up in hospital for 4 weeks and is now in a carehome. 4 months left on the device as we paid for a years service and they refuse money back .. so we paid for a service that didn’t work and now paying for a service we are not using 😡 Would not recommend

Have used Careline365 for 4 years to provide assurance for my mother. They have always been friendly and have dealt with both my mother and myself in a quick and professional manner. I have just called and spoken to David to enquire about a renewal and he dealt with the query very quickly and without any difficulties. Great service.
