All applicants when applying make sure you look straight at the camera lens when taking your own photo. They will not let you take it twice. Best wishes to all who’s applying to “Papa pals.”

This is an employee review. My experience has been horrific. All redeeming qualities are lost in lack of support for Pals. I was “let go” and not told at all, for being “inactive” for too long. (A little over a month, which I was never made aware was even a thing) Really what in my opinion happened is they lowered the pay scale from $17 down to $15. Magically I was then “let go” They said I requested to have my account deleted, when asked for proof of said request they then sent canned responses and kept marking the case as resolved even though it was never resolved. Nor were they ever able to send proof of that request. I recently seen that they once again increased the pay to $17 for my area so I thought what the heck, and “reapplied”. My application has been “stuck” (not my background check which is immaculate and, a copy has already been emailed to me) when reaching out for support, they claim tech issues with no timeline to resolve. They just don’t care. Honestly. I’d done over 200 visits and had many regulars. Pay is lack luster for wear on your vehicle, however if you can manage yourself and want to have a self made schedule it is a good opportunity. I just can’t believe the lack of support and care for Pals. They should be embarrassed.
