Went around 12:30PM, spoke with a man who quoted me £50 to send a box of gifts, when I came back a couple hours later with hundreds of dollars worth of gifts, a different man then proceeded to tell me it wouldn’t be possible and my package would require a 10 page customs declaration form and would be much more expensive. Please get organized, had I not found another place to send the gifts (for only £28 mind you) I would have lost hundreds of dollars. Really poor communication.

We used Mail Boxes Etc. SouthBridge to send two 30 kg parcels to Denmark when we moved back from Edinburgh. The boxes was send quickly, but ended up in danish customs for a long while. But, when I then wrote about the issue to Mail Boxes, they quickly took a handle on things and it seemed to have worked. We received the two boxes a few weeks later. They also respond to e-mails very quickly. Great service.
