Probably the best mental health experience I've seen. I had a loved one experiencing significant issues and Joyous was amazing. I'll be forever grateful, and hope that more states open access to care by Joyous so that more people can get out of the depression and anxiety that claims so many lives. Thank you, Joyous!

I’ve been doing ketamine therapy with Joyous since November, and the improvement in my mental health has been significant. The care team is incredibly empathetic, supportive, and responsive to any questions I had throughout the process. I also really appreciated the patient portal—it’s filled with meditations, uplifting content, and a supportive community where you can connect with others on a similar journey. I truly feel cared for and seen. I highly recommend Joyous to anyone considering ketamine therapy.

Predatory behavior. I cancelled my subscription last year and even though they received my request to cancel and "cancelled my subscription" with proof, they still charged me for an extra three months after that (!) and didn't send any medicine on top of it all. I just got a random email from them about someone else posting a comment to their internal message board with a similar experience despite the fact that I unsubscribed last year after this unlawful behavior. That person dealt with the same exact scenario I did, and I bet we aren't the only ones. No effort was made by Joyous to remedy this, and I would not recommend their company. There are others that won't steal your money.
