What can I say, Dennis Coates is phenomenal! He kept me abreast throughout the entire process. He ensured me that my refi would be hassle free and that it was! We spoke practically 3 sometimes 4 times a week. He would just check in to let me know things were on schedule and to make sure I was doing well. Dennis is very kind, knowledgeable, responsive, supportive, prompt and a great listener. Hands down Dennis is the absolute best mortgage lender/broker in the world! !!!!

Brett and Miranda where incredible to work with. Very professional, helpful and knowledgeable. After having to speed up the process and change the closing date to a few weeks earlier due to an emergency. That's really when Brett and company went to work!! He made everything happen SMOOTH ,FAST and EASY ! CLosed earlier and everything went great. Highly ,highly , highly recommend. THANK YOU SO MUCH BRETT AND TEAM .
