I’d like to give a special shout out to Elena Ruiz for providing the worst customer service. Our home flooded in Hurricane Helene and Guild Mortgage is holding our flood insurance money hostage. They keep saying they are scheduling a home inspection and someone will reach out in 48 hours and no one ever does. They won’t release our money until the work is completed. I need the money to complete the work. Round and round we go. The inspection is not someone coming out, it’s asking me for hundreds of photos instead. Super frustrating. Will never do business with them again.
