This is some text inside of a div block.
Piss poor service they deserve 0 out of 5! ! Instead of leaving a missed delivery card, the courier just left the parcel on my doorstep, in full view of the street. It's outrageous how lazy and unprofessional service you provide. . My items in the parcel are expensive, luckily no-one stole it.

Absolutely terrible experience with Evri. I sent a pair of Marshall headphones I sold on eBay, and the parcel was lost in their care. After countless attempts to contact customer service. I was stuck talking to a useless chatbot (Claire) every time—no human support, no proper response, and no accountability. Despite following all procedures, I never received my insurance refund. My case was completely ignored and eventually ghosted. Disgraceful service. Avoid at all costs if you value your items or your time.

We had a really bad experience as we returned the parcel to the delivery guy, but he didnt updated in system still it shows delivered. As we tried to contact Bot and by call as well, there is no way we can directly talk to human. Very bad service. No solution
