EAS has the most superb customer service ever.They go above and beyond to meet your transportation needs. This is my second time using the company, because I was so impressed with them. The first time being assisted by Chirs G. He was professional, kind, accurate and communicated with me through the whole process, because I was so nervous the first time them getting my car from home. So without any doubt I had to come back again and I asked for the same person. Luckily, he was available to help me reverse my 1st move. Florida to Detroit. They picked up car from hotel. It was an emotional time for me because of my situation. But he comforted me to let me know that he will handle everything. I was so grateful that they are so on top of everything, making sure that everything is effortless from booking your transportation, to getting information secure online and communicating with your driver. I couldn't have asked for a better person. Also, when he wasn't available, I was helped by Ms. Angie in dispatch, when he was out of the office. She helped me with contacting drivers ETA . Plus eased my mine because it was a difficult time for me trying to get back to Florida . Thses two were amazing. They helped me through my whole process because of my situation to get me home safely! This company was a God sent for me and all the things that you see online. Regarding how they do things and how they're set up with all the little boxes, they absolutely check each and every one. But what it doesn't tell you is how amazing the staff is here and caring about your car and also about you as a person. Not just like a number, and I'm forever grateful for that.
