We are CX customer from a few years ago and on 1st August 2025 is the renewal date for our company. We are trying to discuss the offer to someone in your office, but there is a lady who has a very bossy attitude and she is refusing to discuss our needs, she only want to increase our price but we don`t really need her offer, we do really want to keep the app as it is now. I would kindly ask someone in your office to ring us to discuss properly the renewal offer, if possible, please. Many thanks!

Nothing but fantastic service from the platform, more importantly it's been a year now since we've used the platform, and we couldn't run our business as efficiently without it. Josh East set us up 1 year ago, and we've used it to keep our vehicles moving AND when we have a surplus of work, find reliable contractors to fulfil the work. Josh has always been on hand whenever we had questions or needed assistance. It's like anything in life, it's about what you put into it. We've got all in for the past year, and it's done nothing but return a fruitful yield to us. 100% recommend joining if you haven't already. Due to our growth, we have now gained our HGV operator's licence and will continue to operate and grow with the HX too.

LEFT CX RECENTLY AND I’M BETTER OFF WITHOUT IT. Honestly, CX is just not worth it anymore. I’ve been on the platform for years and it’s gone completely downhill. You’re paying over £2,000 a year and for what? Hardly any jobs, and the ones that do pop up are either terrible pay or from companies that take months to pay.if they even bother paying at all.You end up using your own van, fuel, and insurance to do a job, and then you’re stuck chasing payment like a fool. There’s no protection, no backup, and no one on CX seems to care. Everyone’s just doing what they want on there,there are no proper rules or standards. And let’s be honest, the big courier firms get all the benefits while self-employed drivers like us get ignored. There’s no fairness, no regulation, and no reason this should cost more than £50 a month. Charging over £2K for 1 vam is a joke. IF YOU’RE THINKING ABOUT SIGNING UP,SERIOUSLY, DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!
