3 years on and no resolution to my husbands non fault car crash. Emails and calls go without response. Case manager has changed too many times to count. All recommendations from assessments my husband has been referred to have not been actioned. Very poor communication. Very stressful for us. No light at the end of the tunnel. Given up ringing and emailing for updates as being ignored is a very unpleasant feeling.

I would not recommend this company. Nothing seems to get sorted unless you ring them everyday for an update. I have also been told multiple times that I would receive a payout on a certain date, weeks later and still nothing. Overall it has been a terrible experience. I wish I read all the bad reviews before proceeding with this company.
