We travelled to South Africa in late April early May 2025 with Audley Travel, using Andy Freeman as their specialist South Africa advisor and what a useful knowledgeable nice guy he turned out to be. We visited Cape Town, Franschhoek, Stellenbosch, Swellendam, Oudtshoorn, Knysna, Plettenberg Bay before moving on to Amakhala Private Game Reserve. Andy planned all the routes between towns for us to use in our hired car which made it so much easier to follow. Each of the guesthouses he selected in the different towns were really nice with friendly staff who were so helpful. Amakhala was the highlight of the tour to finish our holiday with. Andy advised us against our original intention to go to Kruger National Park, we were so glad when we got to Amakhala as it was so good. The food was excellent as was the service and Game Reserve drives were beyond all our expectations. Our Ranger/driver delivered excellent informative animal knowledge combined with uncanny sixth sense to find them. All in all we can't thank Andy enough for his guidance and help in booking a dream holiday. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Andy Freeman and Audley travel if you are thinking of travelling to South Africa. Well done Andy! Steve and Debbie

We had an amazing / fantastic holiday in Borneo arranged by Audley. We had never used a bespoke agent before, previously making our own arrangements but didn't know where to start with Borneo. The experience with Audley exceeded our expectations and the price was actually very good when our package was built. Our specialist Charlotte Callin had so much local knowledge and was amazing, arranging every detail and tailoring for our needs. Everything was perfect with drivers meeting us as required. Trips and guides were fantastic with people on the ground ensuring we were in the right place at the right time and absolutely no holiday stress. The accommodations and trips Charlotte arranged were amazing and gave us a fantastic holiday and Borneo experience. There were also lots of extra touches. My wife has a very restricted diet which we thought may be a problem in Malaysia but Charlotte had contacted all our lodges and resorts, and each meal time they presented her with plain grilled chicken or fish and plain rice separately and freshly cooked. The Audley experience was perfect start to finish with an amazing itinerary, all international and internal flights and transfers and trips arranged. The itinerary was presented to us in an easy to use binder and a phone App. We had two video calls to arrange the dream holiday and a pre trip call with Charlotte to ensure any last minute questions were answered. We also had a post holiday debrief. We Can not rate Charlotte or Audley highly enough and we will have already booked our next trip to South Africa with Audley who have again arranged a bespoke trip meeting our needs and our timeline.
