Reviews Summary

The overall sentiment expressed in customer reviews about LycaFly's travel agency service is overwhelmingly negative. Reviewers consistently note issues such as misleading practices, lack of effective customer support, delayed or denied refunds, and poor communication. Reports of rude staff, ticketing errors, and additional charges are widespread. A few customers mention successful purchases, but even those reviews highlight poor follow-up or support.

Common feedback includes frustration over refund handling, with many customers indicating it took months or even years to resolve or required legal action. Several users allege dishonesty regarding ticket terms or pricing and emphasize feeling misled or scammed. Customer service agents are described as unresponsive or unhelpful, and there are recurring complaints about additional, unexplained fees and a lack of proactive communication from the company.

Overall, LycaFly is regarded as a risky option for booking travel, both for flights and related services, based on these customer experiences. The company has developed a negative reputation, especially in the UK, due to persistent complaints regarding trustworthiness, transparency, and support. This pattern suggests caution when considering LycaFly for travel arrangements.

Do not use this company, complete scammers. We booked a ticket for my son in law who had to travel abroad as an emergency. Paid an extortionate amount, a few hours before he was due at the airport they contacted us to say the flight had been cancelled till the next day Go home and come back tomorrow. We had travelled 150 miles to get there this was not feasible,. On checking the flights ourselves we saw that the flight was not cancelled and was showing ontime. We went to the ticket desk to find out was happening and they were deeply apologetic, no connection to this scam company at all but said despite us having a booking reference and ticket number, they had not even purchased one for us. I won't even go into their appalling customer service etc. I received a curt email saying we would receive a refund in 14 days. After all their lies, I have contacted my bank who are refunding the ticket as have seen In these reviews the saga that people have experienced trying to get a refund. Save yourself rhe headache avoid avoid avoid

After nearly a year and perseverance I have managed to get my vouchers direct from the flight operator. I have been lied to, change of flights that cost me £1300 pounds to change from April last year to October last year, copious amounts of emails to Lycafly that only told me to ring up them after asking for vouchers then told me they would apply for a refund from the Airline then told me the Airline was not doing refunds. The airline have sent me the issued vouchers from October last year. I am disgusted. I am taking the top cat to civil court to get my £1300 pounds back. The staff are only doing what they are told. I hold the top man responsible now.
