Commendation for Excellent Service – Neha, World Tours I would like to sincerely commend Neha, an agent from World Tours, for her excellent customer service in assisting me with booking airline tickets for two passengers from London Heathrow to Singapore (return) in January 2026. I had initially tried to book online, but the reservation was not confirmed. When I called, Neha introduced herself and clearly explained the situation. She then went out of her way to assist me by securing the tickets at a slightly higher fare, ensuring that my booking was successfully confirmed. Throughout the process, Neha was extremely polite, professional, and a very good communicator. What impressed me most was that she even called me back afterwards to make sure I was happy with the booking—an extra step that truly shows her dedication to customer care. Because of the excellent service I received, I will make it a point in future to call World Tours directly and ask for Neha to handle my bookings. I regularly purchase tickets for my team to travel to Asia, and I now feel confident entrusting these arrangements to her. My special thanks to Neha for her outstanding support. I wish her every success in her role and future career.

Soniya Soniya Soniya Soniya Soniya Soniya. She’s the best. Not once or twice I have used Word Tour Store to purchase air tickets but each time I do, it’s so smooth and easy. Wonderful customer care with good communication. I highly recommend it.
