I've been working with Atomix for over a year. It was stressful choosing a 3pl and making sure I made the right choice. Atomix went above and beyond working with me to feel comfortable and to give assurance they would treat my product with respect and the same level of detail as I had when I did my own shipping. Onboarding was easy and they were very hands on, we went through phone calls and at times I felt they knew my product almost better than myself. They optimized my packaging for me and gave me expect level advise in many areas. My account manager has been great with all my questions, it's great having someone on the inside and always knowing they are ready to solve anything. Their app is so easy to use, any information I need is easy to access and understand.
