Ashleigh Veterinary Centre's customer reviews analysis

The overall company reputation of Ashleigh Veterinary Centre, as derived from the provided customer reviews, indicates a clinic that is generally appreciated for its empathetic and professional care, especially in handling sensitive situations such as the end-of-life care for pets. Customers commend the clinic for its thorough communication, including providing details about procedures, following up with phone calls, and offering aftercare advice. The clinic's staff, notably the reception team and certain veterinarians, are frequently described as warm, friendly, and helpful, reinforcing the clinic's reputation for good customer service. However, the reviews also point to some inconsistencies, particularly with regards to staff attitudes and experience levels. Negative experiences highlight concerns over perceived rudeness, lack of compassion during procedures, and administrative issues such as record transfers and difficulty in securing timely appointments.

Positive Feedback

Positive customer experiences at Ashleigh Veterinary Centre are characterized by the clinic's compassionate approach to end-of-life care, including sending condolence cards and managing cremation services. The staff, particularly individuals like Lourdes, are praised for their gentleness and expertise during treatments, such as blood tests, which suggests a high standard of medical care. The clinic's environment is reported to be clean, and the convenience of on-site parking enhances the customer experience. Client feedback frequently stresses the professional and respectful treatment of both pets and pet owners, with commendations for the staff's ability to convey sincerity and provide tailored advice and medication for aftercare.

Concerns and Threads

Conversely, Ashleigh Veterinary Centre faces criticism in several areas. Some customers report negative interactions with the clinic staff, labeled as impatient and abrupt, particularly during routine procedures like vaccinations. There are also grievances concerning the customer service aspect, with customers feeling mistreated by receptionists who are described as rude and unprofessional. Challenges in scheduling timely appointments and a perceived constant rotation of vets lead to frustration among patrons, undermining the sense of continuity in the care provided. The response to administrative requests, such as record transfers, is called into question due to perceived curt and minimal communication, further diminishing the trust and loyalty of long-term clients.

Thank you for caring for Norman as he came to the end of his life. The care they gave him and to us was nothing more than outstanding. We're heartbroken and miss him so much. He gave us nearly 19 years of love and affection.

We had our kitten neutered here. The staff at reception were warm and friendly. The nurse gave us information about the procedure before they took our kitten. After the procedure the clinic staff rang us to give us peace of mind thst the op was successful and when we went to pick her up we were given aftercare advice and medicine with the kind offer of calling if we had any concerns. There's car parking on site, and the clinic was clean. Many thanks to all the staff, highly recommended.

Best vet for rats, and presumably cats and dogs given the amount of them I see when in the waiting room. It's a little costly but I've never once doubted the advice or ability of the staff and they've never given me reason to doubt. Always treated respectfully and kindly
