I was struggling with a transporter company, trying to ship my daughter’s car from Chicago to LA, when a colleague at work gave me AmeriFreight contact # to call. So I did and all my difficulties were solved. The response was immediate, personal, courteous and not computerized. They responded to any questions I had and were very personable and accommodating. Talking to a human being is a priority for me and if you’re like me then call them and experience the difference! They have my 100% support.

I received exceptional service from Henry Herrera. He went above and beyond my expectations and his responsibility to provide amazing service. He kept in constant communication with me, even when I reached out with question at odd hours. Henry was able to find me the perfect enclosed transporter who took amazing care of my collector car. I received constant updates from Henry, AmeriFreight customer service, as well as the driver. Henry was able to help find the perfect transporter to help me within a very short deadline. I am very thankful and will be a repeat customer. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Book with confidence because they are the best I have ever used.

Zero stars. Like many others here, I could go into detail about everything that went wrong with AmeriFreight—but the long list of one-star reviews already says it all. Please read them. In my case, my vehicle was damaged during transport. Fortunately, I withheld a portion of the payment and covered the repairs myself—so I’m financially whole. But what truly crossed the line was the behavior of the carrier AmeriFreight hired. While I was overseas, they made racist and inappropriate remarks to the high-end automotive business that generously agreed to receive and inspect my vehicle. That same carrier then retaliated—leaving several false 1-star reviews on that business’s Google page, dragging down a hard-earned 5-star rating built over years. THEY DID NOTHING WRONG EXCEPT RECEIVE MY CAR WHILE I WAS IN EUROPE! That business did me a favor. All I asked AmeriFreight to do was step in and have their subcontracted carrier remove the false reviews. Nothing more. No financial demand, just a simple request to help correct an obvious wrong. AmeriFreight offered zero help. No follow-up. No accountability. Just silence. Well, except for the very low IQ MGR telling me to have my attorney read the fine print. Maleah, you were my main contact, and your complete indifference was disappointing. You should be ashamed of the company you work for, and doing nothing about the racist remarks made. When your manager finally called me—while I was in Berlin—he offered nothing but vague references to fine print. That kind of response doesn’t just reflect poor customer service—it reflects a total lack of character. On both you personally and AmeriFreight. And unfortunately, this behavior isn’t unique to AmeriFreight. The entire vehicle transport industry seems structured to dodge responsibility (with their fine print). So here’s my advice: don’t hire AmeriFreight. In fact, don’t hire anyone. Pick up your car yourself and drive it home—no matter how far. At least then, you’ll know it’s in good hands. Sad, pathetic business... Here are a couple of false reviews posted on the business that received my car. Over 100 flawless 5 star reviews of their work over years. If you're in the Tampa Bay area, and need a great company that does PPF, ceramic coating, and window tinting, go see the Auto Film Guys in Tarpon Springs, Florida. You'll be Glad you did! I'll also add a couple of pics they did on my C8 Z51 Corvette. Judge for yourself!
