I recently took a trip to Miami and decided to rent a car through Zezgo. Upon arrival, I was informed that a credit card was required, which wasn’t made clear during booking. After nearly two hours of trying to sort it out, I was finally told I could still get a car — but only if I paid an additional fee. I agreed, just to move things along. Unfortunately, the issues didn’t stop there. The vehicle we were given was not the one we originally reserved, and it was in terrible condition. The center console was sticky, there were crumbs throughout the car, and the carpets were visibly dirty. I went back inside to request a different car, but the second vehicle wasn’t much better. The passenger window was rolled down, the seat had coffee stains, and there was a shoeprint and an unidentifiable stain in the back seat. On top of that, the exterior of the second car was extremely dirty — it looked like it hadn’t been washed in days. At that point, we had already spent nearly three hours at the rental counter and decided to just take the car. Needless to say, I will not be renting from Zezgo again...

I give them one start because I can't do cero! Do not rent from this company, it's a scam! You are going to end up paying twice as much as any good rental company. The car they gave me had 3/4 fuel tank, I returned it with a full tank and they charged me $55 anyways.

Run. Run away as fast as you can. This place should be shut down. They scam you into paying for their insurance by saying it’s required by state law, even after I gave them my insurance info (it’s not). The vehicle was absolutely disgusting. I’ve rented hundreds of vehicles and I’ve never seen something so disgusting. I immediately went back inside to complain and ask for another vehicle to which I was told-there are none available. The staff is rude and does not care. Complaining to them or a “manager” is a futile effort. Not to mention they were closed when we arrived the first night, so we were stranded with getting an uber and staying in town for the night until we could get there the next morning and finally get our vehicle. These people are thieves. Save yourself the headache, hassle and money and go with a reputable car rental agency.
