My experience at Warby Parker was tremendous. The office was lively and clean. Dr Butler was so thorough and helpful, I can thank her for my new vision! The staff who assisted with imaging and contact insertion / removal were extremely friendly and patient. I will certainly be back

I unfortunately had to change my original 5 star review to 2 stars because of my horrendous experience with a repair here. I loved my original glasses I purchased and have bought many glasses from them and have been a loyal customer for years but the frames I purchased rusted the second year I had them. I used the cleaner they suggested and am very clean and cautious taking care of my things. I ordered a new pair of frames to replace them and came into the store to switch out the lenses and the techs couldn’t get the lenses out stating the screw was at first rusted then stripped. They stated they might break making the adjustment (say what!). They attempted over an hour and had to break the frames to get the lenses out hence scratching the lenses at the spot where the screw was. I did get a new pair of frames from them to replace the ones they broke but they wouldn’t take responsibility for scratching my lenses. It was shocking it actually took them over an hour to break the frames to get the lenses out, then told me it was my fault and acted condescending. Then when I got home I noticed they didn’t put the lenses in straight and one lens sticks out front and now I have to fix that because it makes me dizzy. Also they suggested I use soap and water not the cleaner they recommended. I’ve had other brand metal frames last over decades that didn’t rust this should not have happened. Also I spent over an hour on the phone with customer service afterwards but they were very helpful and admitted this should have not happened and apologized after reviewing the photos I sent and found a solution. In store the tech was extremely combative and sarcastic and accusatory of me causing the damage and trying to take advantage of him (say what!!!). He seemed to take me being unhappy about the situation very personal which was nothing I had caused. I’m very disappointed by this circumstance after my loyalty but pleased the customer service on phone and phone supervisors were so professional. Pics are of original order, lens put in not straight to new frames, lens scratched putting into new frames, rusted frames and broken frames from tech switching lenses. Really it’s not nice! One problem after another! It’s a good price and I love their styles but is it worth the headache?!

I had a fantastic experience at Warby Parker thanks to Aaron! I had already preselected my glasses and was waiting on my prescription from my doctor, and Aaron made the entire ordering process incredibly quick and easy. Aaron was friendly, efficient, and guided me through the final steps with ease. I really appreciated how fast and seamless he made the process, and I was in and out in no time. Aaron’s excellent customer service made the whole experience stress-free, and I left feeling great about my new glasses coming in soon. Highly recommend working with Aaron!
