This is some text inside of a div block.
Really going through a tough time. The flight was supposed to take off at 14:45 but now it is 16:34. Then there is no news. Waiting makes me weak. I am very hungry. Never had such a bad time.😭😭😭😭😭

Never book with this airline. They cancelled our flight due to “bad weather” and left us stranded. They booked us a hotel 6 hours later and the coach never came. We had to all book our own private taxis. Also the next flight they offered was two days later. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!

We booked a flight with Vueling and, due to a problem with their payment screen, it was accidently booked twice. We rang them up as soon as we discovered the problem but they have refused to cancel the double booking due to them saying the name was different which had been changed by the payment system. It was clearly a mistake and according to the website you can cancel mistakes. They used an excuse that we rang within 2.5 hours and not within 2 hours to ask but we cannot find this deadline anywhere on the website. It could have been so easily solved within 3 hours of booking. Instead we are left trying every avenue of help. The website won't even allow us to register our problem as a claim. Terrible service and such a shame as there is now a shadow hanging over the trip.
