Absolutely disgraceful company, cousin had eye test appointment at the Churchill Square ,Brighton branch this morning, had to drive a long way ,had trouble parking ,got to appointment 7 mins late ,refused appointment, told to rebook ..! You just couldn't credit it..usually one waits over 15 mins to see appointed optician..! Unbelievable and when one asked to speak to manager ,told she's not in today.!! Won't be using them again .

Really poor customer service They couldn't keep to keep to my eye test appointment time but had me sat about and told me after being there for an hour. Complained organised a call back from manager which didn't happen, still chasing it after 19 days ..in this day and age it's not acceptable If i was late for my appointments they would be crying about list time and money.

Absolutely awful experience with the Darlington store Staff unaware of policies in place Uncaring In flexible Sadly needed to make a complaint and have been utterly fobbed off This is the worst customer care I have ever experienced and won't be using vision express again, such a shame but it has been the most disappointing and unpleasant experience Date of experience: July 07, 2025
