I wanted to hire a van for a day and saw one online. The van was perfect but had limited mileage. Called up and had the lovely Carol Hope. Genuinely so nice and helpful. I cannot express my gratitude. She made the transaction so easy and put up with my questions. Lovely person who made my experience the best. I’m a customer for life.

Tony was very helpful, friendly, efficient and knowledgeable - 5 stars for his customer service. (However overall the company are fairly difficult to hire a car through. It was unclear whether I would have a car at all until quite close to my trip and very hard to get in contact with customer service in the first place to help deal with this issue. Hoping my experience when picking up the car will be better).
